Australias largest private retirement village operator, RetireAustralia, has reported 178 resale ILUs plus 26 new ILUs in the six months July to December across 25 villages.
MD Tim Russell (pictured) forecasts they will build and sell 100+ new ILUs by next year, growing to 200 a year by 2017.
They have also purchased two new villages, one in northern Sydney and another in Armadale in northern NSW.
