Arcare opens $47m luxury QLD aged care facility on Bowls Club land

The family-owned organisation will open the doors of its 37^th aged care home in Springwood, 20 minutes south of Brisbane.

As we reported here, Arcare beat out three other private developers to secure the land in 2016, paying $4.4 million for the site – which was previously the home of popular Springwood Bowls Club.

Arcare has invested $750,000 in a unique board walk that will run alongside the residence.
