Hardi Aged Care plots 126-bed aged care home in Sydney’s Hills District next to existing facility – eight properties to be demolished

The $39 million two-storey facility would be built next to its existing facility in Seven Hills, 27km northwest of the Sydney CBD, in the first stage of the development, with at least eight homes knocked down.

A second stage would see the existing facility demolished and redeveloped.
