The five-month partnership and online training program is available to age services employees across Australia and will give Mentees access to one-on-one support and guidance from experienced industry Mentors.
Mentees will be matched with a Mentor outside their organisation to build their networks with online resources and coaching also available to help Mentees develop their skills.
“With many emerging leaders feeling they are under-prepared for roles and ill-equipped for industry challenges they are looking for guidance and support,” LASA CEO Sean Rooney said.
Mentoring through the biannual Program is due to begin in April priced at 1,320 + GST (per Mentee) for LASA members and $1,870 + GST for non-LASA members with group discounts of 10% for organisations with three or more participants.
