Mark Moran Group revealed as buyer behind 10 properties in Sydney’s south

Mr Moran has confirmed that the boutique village and aged care group has purchased 10 residential homes on Taren Point Road and in adjoining Hinkler Avenue in Caringbah, 24km south of the CBD.

The land is part of a new development precinct that is zoned for high-rise buildings with medical facilities at low levels and apartments above.

Mr Moran says it will be developed as a retirement and aged care precinct for ‘ageing in place’.

The Group use the marketing line: “We celebrate age. That’s the difference.” Their efforts have won a swag of Australian and international awards.

The Group’s long-time Chief Financial Officer Cameron Kirby has also recently been appointed as CEO.

An adjacent 2,300sqm site in the precinct on the corner of Kingsway and Hinkler Avenue adjoining Sutherland Hospital is also being marketed as a potential “boutique” aged care facility with 72 beds approved is also for sale, according to the local paper.
