1 min read

The eight-storey The Terraces in dress circle Paddington in Sydney’s inner-city is being developed by Brookfield Multiplex and will see the existing 88-bed facility replaced with a new 100-bed facility including a 23-bed dementia unit.

A new retirement village will also include 70 seniors’ independent living units across four buildings, while the site’s historic Scottish Hospital heritage building is being converted to nine ILUs.

CEO Paul Sadler said the current facility has stayed open with residents and staff due to be transferred to the new building once it’s complete.

The Not For Profit currently has 13 retirement villages and 10 aged care homes across NSW.
