Laurie Leigh will take over the role on 3 September following long-serving CEO Ron Thompson’s departure earlier this year.

Formerly the Chief operating Officer and Deputy CEO at the NSW Not For Profit Whiddon Group, the Board says Ms Leigh will offer leadership as they move forward in developing their home care, village and aged care services.

Providers “walk tightrope” between care minute compliance and funding: Mirus

The latest survey by aged care advisors Mirus suggests compliance and costing of care minute targets is a major concern for aged care providers, with their survey finding 28% said their greatest concern was overspending on workforce, and 28% said their biggest concerns was missing care minute targets.
