Reading the mutual fund’s annual report, this detail caught our attention.

Five of Australian Unity’s eight senior executives are women, including for their new Retail division.

They are a sizeable organisation – with nearly $25 billion in assets and funds under management.

We wonder how many other larger operators can claim the same numbers among their top-tier executives.
