Titled Southern Plus Realty, the real estate service is targeting people looking to move into an SCC retirement village or residential care facility but need to sell their family home at the same time.
SCC’s General Manager, Strategy, Jane O’Halloran says their goal is to remove a lot of the stress and provide a seamless one-stop-shop service, assisting clients to sell their family home and organise the purchase of a retirement village home.
This is a ‘WA’ initiative. St Ives Retirement Villages was the first operator in the country about 10 years ago to establish real estate agency to facilitate the sale of family homes.
