The Whiddon Group invests in good aged care news social campaign

The paid Facebook campaign titled ‘Aged care reimagined’ will run through to November.

It will feature five videos designed to break down preconceptions of residential aged care.

The five stories are:

  1. this is active ageing – activities to promote mobility such as tai chi
  2. this is the art of ageing – creative activities to promote a sense of purpose and accomplishment
  3. this is live your best week – programmes to rediscover passions of the past; a ride on the my motorcycle or attending live for match
  4. this is connected care – connecting with family through technology and social activities
  5. this is creature comforts – pet therapy such as dogs and hens companionship

“It’s about time we reimagined the sentiment around aged care and open eyes to the goodness of our industry and its people” says Whiddon CEO Chris Mamarelis.
