The new ILUs will be built at its 106-bed Bowden Brae Normanhurst aged care facility on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, 28km northwest of the CBD.

The first stage of the redevelopment will be built by Cockram Constructions and will also feature a wellness centre, café and swimming pool.
