The Woodglen Lifestyle Estate will be built on Batar Creek Road at Kendall, 25km south of Port Macquarie, after the development was unanimously passed by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council’s Development Assessment Panel (DAP).

The Council had received 134 submissions and a signed petition against the original 280-home proposal, but after the number of homes was cut and the open spaces and landscaping increased, the panel gave the development the go-ahead.
