Stage One and Two of Ingenia’s newest ‘gold class’ over-55s Plantations community in Woolgoolga – 26 kilometres north of Coffs Harbour on the NSW Far North Coast – have been reserved by deposit holders before construction on the community has finished.
Strong interest for Stage Three, which is set to be released in early June of this year, has also been reported by the Ingenia sales team.
Prices for two-bedroom homes in Plantations start at $349,000. The development is Ingenia’s sixteenth lifestyle community across NSW, VIC and QLD.
The first residents are also expected to move in during June.
