Ashfield Baptist Homes building its first retirement village in Sydney’s Inner West

With more than 70 years of providing residential aged care and respite care in Ashfield, 8km west of the city’s CBD, the Not For Profit is building The Cunningham retirement home.

There will be 46 boutique retirement living apartments in the development on Queen Street, Ashfield.

Marketability’s Alison Abel has been contracted to sell the two- and three-bedroom apartments. The Cunningham will feature a private kitchen with dining space, swimming pool, recreation centre/clubhouse, lounge, barbecue, entertainment area, yoga studio, library, courtyard, and gym.

Ashfield Baptist Homes provides residential aged care at its homes A H Orr Lodge and Bethel Lodge.
