Aura sells out 70% of North Kirra (QLD) village before construction commences

Village veterans Tim Russell and Mark Taylor report 70% or 47 of the 68 apartments have sold in their The Pavilion vertical village at North Kirra, adjacent to the surf club and 900 metres to the Gold Coast airport.

Priced form $495K up to $1.28 million, it was designed by O’Neill Architects and will be built by Woollam Constructions.
