Australian Unity reports 30% increase in village resales

The mutual fund’s FY20 report to the ASX states it achieved $100 million in resales across its 21 villages, despite nine being in Victoria and experience COVID lockdowns. All up they have 2469 village homes.

In addition they achieved $30M in first-time sales, principally their The Grace Albert Park high rise village (view pictured).
