Aveo opens first stage of $30M Bella Vista (Sydney) village development

Following the opening of their flagship 19 level Newstead integrated village plus service apartments and residential aged care tower in Brisbane two months ago, Aveo has officially opened its Hills district development in Bella Vista.

Stage one is 64 units priced from $599,000 with penthouses available on Level 9 from $1,159,000.

On site health and wellness suite which will include GP and allied health services such as podiatry, massage, physiotherapy and clinical care.

Located 38 km north-west of Sydney CBD, the suburb of 8000 residents was largely created by Mulpha, Aveo’s largest security holder, since the mid 90s as a greenfield residential and business precinct development. It is home to many head offices including Cochlear and Woolworths.

Part of the current $3 billion expansion of the 377-hectare, Norwest smart city features a private hospital, metro rail and major revitalisations to the existing precinct

Homes are priced up to $2M; just 51% of residents were born in Australia. (India 7.6%, China 5.9%, Sri Lanka 4.3%, England 2.3% and Philippines 2.1%).
