The first stage features two new buildings with 34 independent living units plus a new recreation area including a community kitchen, bar, gym, library, swimming pool and landscaped communal gardens at the 30-year-old village in Robertson, 15km south of the Brisbane CBD.
Allied health services, including an occupational therapist, physiotherapist and podiatrist, are also available, as well as providing residents with home care services.
It’s a big investment, but considering the original village was built in 1987, it was needed to meet the needs of current retirees.
