Aveo’s Corymbia Residences in Sydney’s Bella Vista Haven over 50% sold off the plan

2 min read

Due for completion this Spring, the latest stage of the $334 million masterplanned community will deliver 83 apartments from one to three-bedrooms, a limited collection of penthouses, and upgraded wellness and lifestyle amenities, including a multi-lane indoor pool complex.

Aveo, which was sold by Brookfield Asset Management to The Living Company in June, said the strong off-the-plan performance of Corymbia Residences at Bella Vista Haven reflects an increase in retiree preferences toward vertical, low-maintenance retirement living.

“Reaching over 50% sold off-the-plan at this stage of construction is a clear signal that retirees are prioritising lifestyle, connectivity, and quality in their housing choices,” Aveo's Head of Sales, Natalie Moore, said.

“The modern apartment designs with proximity to amenity-rich communal facilities as part of an already established community have resonated strongly with buyers looking to downsize without compromise.”

A strategic marketing relaunch

Aveo's Head of Marketing and Communications, Bridgid Allsopp, said that a key to the project's success has been a strategic marketing relaunch aimed at accelerating community activation and delivering key infrastructure earlier.

“We relaunched Bella Vista Haven in the market with a clear objective to drive sales velocity and bring forward the
delivery of wellness and lifestyle amenities,” Bridgid said.

“With only 64 apartments initially, we saw an opportunity to scale the community and enhance the living experience
for all residents, reinforcing Aveo's commitment to creating vibrant and connected communities.”

In addition to the established community centre facilities, residents will benefit from a cinema and library, as well as the newly constructed pool pavilion, which features a heated indoor pool, infrared saunas, and additional landscaped outdoor spaces, including an alfresco BBQ area.

Set on a 59,440sqm site within the $3 billion Norwest project, 33km northwest of Sydney’s CBD, Bella Vista Haven is surrounded by major retail, restaurants, entertainment and leisure options, hospitals and easy connections to the city via the new Metro Northwest rail project and fast access on the Westlink M7 and A2 Motorways.

When complete, Bella Vista Haven will comprise nine buildings with 437 apartments designed for ageing in place, alongside a co-located 135-bed aged care facility.
