Aveo’s Launceston independent living community development nears completion

The new stage development – returning to its heritage name, Aveo Mowbray Links – will consist of 16 two-bedroom, single-level villas starting at $273,000.

Construction on new the villas has been fast-tracked for completion in response to demand in the region, with the first residents scheduled to move in this month.

The site is located next to the esteemed Mowbray Golf Club.
