With apartments costings from $3.45 million to $5.45 million and unparalleled views over Sydney harbour, Akoya Greenwich, must be one of the most expensive addresses for over-55s in Australia.
With 70% of its apartments sold, it’s just released its final Premium Collection of luxurious penthouse and three-bedroom with garden homes.
“With only 39 apartments in the building and it being restricted to over 55s, this is the closest thing you’ll ever get to being able to pick your neighbours,” Alceon Development Director Todd Campling said.
“Funnily enough, a lot of the purchasers actually know each other. Some have encouraged friends to buy but often they bump into each other at the private purchasers evenings we regularly hold and realise there’s a familiar face there.

Akoya Greenwich has been developed by private investment group Alceon Group in partnership with NGS Super and has been designed by architects Marchese Partners and built by Stevens Constructions.
Operating on a strata scheme, the final development will feature three one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom and 22 three-bedroom apartments and include an on-site concierge, in house bar, private library, golf simulator room, cinema, rooftop retreat with firepits and an infinity pool overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
