Land lease developer GemLife, owned by the Puljich family, is about to start construction on the fourth and final stage of its Maroochy Quays community on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Stage four will comprise 84 homes including 14 lakeside sites, and will complete the land lease community that was originally approved for 246 homes following the purchase of the site in 2018.
Homes in stage four are on sale beginning at $680,000, and GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich (pictured) says new residents will have access to all of Maroochy Quays’ facilities, including the country club completed last year, straight away.
“It’s been a long time coming and we cannot wait to start the residential works program. Our Stage Four homeowners have been incredibly patient and we look forward to handing over their brand-new homes as soon as we possibly can,” he said.
GemLife is continuing to expand in Queensland, and recently lodged plans for a 400-home development in the Moreton Bay area.
