First home slab poured at GemLife Tweed Waters on NSW Far North Coast

It’s all systems go at the Gold Coast-based land lease provider.

GemLife Director & CEO Adrian Puljich, along with the development team and future homeowners, welcomed Tweed Shire Council Mayor Chris Cherry and Deputy Mayor, Meredith Dennis OAM, for a tour of GemLife Tweed Waters.

The first home slab was laid on 30 May, marking the beginning of residential construction of the community in Tweed Heads South.

Further south, GemLife Rainbow Beach in Port Macquarie is under construction and the first release of stage 3 has been released for sale.

In QLD, GemLife is working on a community, ultimately for 365 homes built in stages over more than three years, on the Gold Coast, four communities in the Sunshine Coast, and the newest development site, its 11^th, in Moreton Bay. The final stage of its VIC development Woodend, in the Macedon Ranges, is now available.
