From that to this: Adventist Senior Living’s purchase of two villages pays off with 99% occupancy

1 min read

In 2013 when the Not for Profit Adventist Senior Living bought Greenleaf retirement villages at Jewells and Wyee Point in Lake Macquarie, 150km north of Sydney, it committed to the residents that it would finish off the development of the two villages.

Under the leadership of CEO David Knight, Adventist Senior Living has done just that and more in a little under 10 years.

New villas have been built, the clubhouse extended and heated swimming pools constructed.

Jewells Lifestyle Community, when purchased, had 50 villas and Wyee Point Lifestyle Community had 12 villas. Now they have 95 and 112 villas respectively.

Occupancy is at 99%.

Adventist Senior Living also offers Independent Living at Alstonville and Tweed Heads in Far North NSW.
