Hometown Australia is nearing completion on its Sunrise land lease community at Port Stephens, NSW, after five years in development.
The 193-home resort – which sold out in May – is being built by MJH Multi Residential Projects, and is slated to finish construction at the end of November.
“This development features several dwellings, with different interior design styles such as the classic styled Avalon display home, offering a neutral colour palette – the perfect base for residents to make their own,” said MJH on LinkedIn.
Hometown Australia initially paid $9.4 million for the site in 2017, and received approval for 188 homes; the company now owns at least 54 over-55s communities across NSW, Queensland, and South Australia.
