Land lease communities going up: 83 x two level homes planned for Avoca beach (NSW Central Coast)

Sydney developer Platinum Property Advisors has engaged architects Marchese Partners to create a land lease community of 83 homes, each of two levels, on the old Bowtells caravan park site at upmarket Avoca beach.

Two level land lease homes – is this a first for the sector?

The 2.8 ha site has been dormant for 10 years since it ceased being used as a caravan park.
