Karidis is adding eight new homes to its Acacia on Lipsett retirement village in Brooklyn Park, Adelaide, all of which have already been sold off the plan.
The new homes will add to the 50 units already on the site, all of which have also been sold with two residents still to move in. The first 10 homes were built in 2014, with more being added in stages until 2017 and then again from 2020 onwards.
“Beyond that, there are still two vacant allotments for future development at the main Acacia on Lipsett site – Karidis Retirement Villages is still considering design, offering, services and continuum of care for the existing resident group,” a spokesperson told The Weekly SOURCE.
Acacia on Lipsett is the main site for Acacia Park Villages, with three others in Brooklyn Park, Henley Beach and Underdale; construction is also set to complete on Karidis’ Avista Glenelg village, at which 100 people recently registered interest for just 17 units, by 2024.
