Developer Bob Andersen is set to begin construction on a new land lease community near Tamworth, NSW.
Dubbed “Majestic Tamworth”, the development located at Hillvue, 6.4km from the Tamworth CBD, bills itself as a country-club-inspired “lifestyle resort” with 98 homes starting from $479,000.
The gated community will overlook the Greg Norman-designed Longyard Golf Course, and will include amenities such as a full-sized bowling green, a cinema, a wellness centre, a private pool and spa, a billiards room, an al fresco deck, and a jetty on the lake; there will also be a free golf buggy provided with every home sold.
“Everything you need to enjoy life is here, from spa, sauna and beauty salon, to a sparkling private pool and gym.
“Hone your skills on the bowling green, swim some leisurely laps, fish off the jetty or relax in the spa. It’s your private haven to enjoy with family and friends,” the developer says.
This development is one of several around the country with a golf course as a selling point, including villages and land lease communities by ThirdAge, Country Club Living, Aura, and Watermark Living.
A display suite will open soon on Tamworth’s Peel Street. The operator is now taking expressions of interest, with the first residents planned to move in by April 2022.
