Not For Profit aged care provider OneCare has unveiled plans for its newest retirement village, Barossa Living by OneCare, to be developed alongside its existing Barossa Park Lodge community in Glenorchy, a northern suburb of Hobart.
The project will deliver 56 new villas and apartments, designed to cater to both singles and couples aged 65 and over.
“The contemporary, low-maintenance homes are designed for those looking to downsize while retaining their independence and feature flexible layouts for living and hosting family and friends,” OneCare said in a statement.
Residents will also have access to shared gardens, lounges, BBQ areas, and the Barossa Park Community Centre.
OneCare also operates The Manor Gardens retirement village in Kings Meadows, in the southern part of Launceston, around 200km north of Hobart.
