Ozcare unveils stage 1 of six-stage retirement village on QLD’s Fraser Coast – with digital concierge

The Not For Profit has begun work on the first stage of 132 two-and three-bedroom duplexes and townhouses at its Reflections on the Bay Retirement Village (pictured) at Kawungan in Hervey Bay, 290km north of Brisbane.

Set on a 6.91-hectare parcel of land, the resort-style retirement village is being built by Woollam Constructions next to its co-located aged care facility built in 2017 and will include caravan storage and a digital concierge for security and social connectivity.

Ozcare is currently looking to integrate aged care as well as its Home Support Service including meals and housekeeping.
