Sunrise Supported Living in Tuncurry will release 14 new villa units later this month, and director Paul Greenup says its supported living model has been in high demand.

As a Government accredited home care provider, Sunrise can offer care and support to residents at no additional cost to their current care package arrangements.

“Our residents can live completely independently if they choose. Our villa units are set up for totally independent living,” Mr Greenup said.

“Having said that, Sunrise offers all the support services that you would normally expect in a residential aged care facility. This is what makes Sunrise so popular.”

Stage one and two, which consist of 78 units, are sold out and just a few remain from stage three.
