RetireAustralia launches marketing campaign for its Arcadia village in Brisbane

1 min read

RetireAustralia has kicked off the marketing campaign for Arcadia, its 30th retirement village – tapping Brisbane agency New Word Order to handle naming, brand and a full launch across channels.

“For all the projects we’ve undertaken with long-term client RetireAustralia, Arcadia is the most ambitious,” the agency said, calling it a true “from go to whoa” brief.

Positioned in Parkside Yeronga, Arcadia Retirement Living comprises 169 premium apartments and a 10-suite care hub – the operator’s second – within Economic Development Queensland’s Yeronga Priority Development Area.

The 3.1-hectare PDA will transform the former TAFE site into an intergenerational precinct, with Arcadia co-located alongside JGL Properties townhouses, Brisbane Housing Corporation apartments, the completed Yeronga Community Centre, and 4,000sqm of open space.

The response to the marekting camapign has been immediate with over 100 leads and six appointments in the first two weeks, coinciding with the opening of Arcadia’s innovative sales suite. Using immersive 3D technology, the suite allows prospective residents to visualise their future home and lifestyle in stunning detail.

Stage One, designed by Marchese Partners I Life 3A and built by Hutchinsons, is slated to open early next year with 45 independent living apartments, the Care Hub and resort-style amenities. Marchese says each residence is crafted for connection, comfort and safety – pairing premium finishes and natural light with intuitive layouts and integrated smart technology to support independent living.

When complete, Arcadia will offer spaces for connection and wellbeing, including a bar and lounge, library, cinema, rooftop BBQ and entertainment area, wine room, games room, gym and yoga studio, and a community centre with flexible spaces for events and activities. Residents will enjoy a seven-day concierge service to assist with daily tasks and a lifestyle coaching service for personalised wellbeing and engagement. These services will complement RetireAustralia’s signature in-home support services and onsite Care Hub, ensuring peace of mind and continuity of care.
