Building will now start on an additional 45 two- and three-bedroom independent living villas at Lendlease’s The Grove and a separate 124-bed residential aged care facility to be delivered by private aged care operator Arcare, offering a continuum of care that is in high demand in the region.
The cost of the project is approximately $80 million.

As part of the plans, the historic Homestead will be restored and turned into a join community space.
