Demolition and bulk excavation work has begun at The Falls Estate in Oxford Falls Valley in Sydney’s north.
The developer Henroth Investments, led by John and Stanley Roth (and named after their late Rich List father Henry Roth), has engaged Richard Crookes Constructions as head contractor.
There will be nine separate buildings with 41 two- and three-bedroom apartments. The self-described “jewel of Northern Beaches retirement” has sold off the plan all but five of Stage 1.
Of three apartments listed available in the retirement and assisted living facility the prices range from $2.06 million to $3.22 million.
