Stockland opens new display home range at Thrive Nirimba land lease development

Stockland’s Thrive Nirimba over-50s land lease community on the Sunshine Coast has opened its new display range, showcasing 10 floorplan and five façade options.

Set within Stockland’s 2400-hectare Aura planned community, Thrive Nirimba will have a new $6 million clubhouse next year, including indoor cinema, wellness centre, entertainers and alfresco kitchen areas, and bowling green. It is set to have 244 homes on completion, and has just hit its tenth settlement with new residents moving in monthly as homes are completed.

The display village – comprising eight homes – is an opportunity for prospective buyers to speak with staff and discover their options for home designs, said Kingsley Andrew (pictured right), General Manager of Thrive Communities at Stockland.

“It’s really an opportunity for buyers to see and experience for themselves the incredible lifestyle on offer, and even speak with some of our existing residents about why moving into the community was one of the best decisions they have ever made,” he said.

Stockland has two Thrive over-50s villages in Australia, the other being located in Berwick, Victoria.
