Lendlease has already sold two of seven penthouses on the top floor of its retirement living community Ardency Kennedy Place in inner-city Richmond, 3km east of Melbourne’s CBD. Each penthouse features a spacious terrace, interiors ranging in size from 104sqm to 229sqm, and two car spaces.

Ardency Kennedy Place is what Lendlease describes as its first five-star luxury retirement living community that features an onsite café and provedore, together with a wellness centre that features a pool, gym, and yoga studio.

“Our penthouses are the last chance for retirees seeking the ultimate luxury residence in a retirement community in Melbourne. This vibrant Richmond precinct allows retirees to embrace an urban lifestyle while experiencing the vibrant diversity and connection they can have across generations in this unique location and community,” Nathan Cockerill, Managing Director, Retirement Living, Lendlease, said.

The precinct, designed by architectural firm Bates Smart, is targeting a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, representing a world standard in sustainable design.

Construction of Ardency Kennedy Place has moved into the next stage following structural completion in August and is expected for completion early next year.

Ardency Kennedy Place also has a range of other two- and three-bedroom apartments available, priced from $1 million.
