Videri, formerly Group Homes Australia, building 24th home for people living with dementia as two more acquired

Founded in 2012 by Tamar Krebs, the innovative private model of care for people living with dementia, has homes in local communities, with six to 10 bedrooms, offering 24/7 dementia care, including Flexible Respite, long-term, end-of-life and palliative care. 

Videri, formerly Group Homes Australia, has begun building its 24th home for people living with dementia in Cherrybrook, 29km northwest of Sydney's CBD. It has also told The Weekly SOURCE it has aquired further home sites in Wahroonga, 18km northwest of the state capital city, and Forestville, 12km north of the CBD. 

Based in Sydney, Videri is a registered home care provider and specialises in homes fhat look, feel, and function like real homes. Each home offers 24/7 support from their Resident Care team and Homemakers, who provide compassionate, personalised care.

The average stay of a resident is two to three years.
