Village Retirement Group (owned by father-and-son Michael and Justin Harrison) and Anglicare Southern Queensland will build a 100 two and three-bedroom apartment complex at the Queensland Heritage Registered Lota House (built in 1865).
Two four-storey and two six-storey buildings on the side adjacent to the Edwin Marsden Tooth Memorial Home (Lota House) will be built. The development will deliver two buildings in stage one comprising of 23 apartments across four levels.
