The WA-based not-for-profit will launch its Odyssey Residences at Beaumaris Beach this coming weekend in IIuka – 25 minutes north of Perth CBD.
The 58 private residences will be at the centre of a proposed “multigenerational” lifestyle precinct featuring a town centre with facilities catering to “a variety of different life stages.”
Two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-study and three-bedroom design options are available, and Brightwater has already received 550 registrations of interest from the public.
