Living Choice has begun demolition works on the clubhouse at its Flagstaff Hill Golf Course retirement village in Adelaide, to make way for a new clubhouse and apartments.
Once complete, the new development will comprise 18 apartments and three penthouses across five floors, as well as clubhouse amenities plus outdoor mini-golf; residents are using a temporary clubhouse while construction work proceeds.
Living Choice Flagstaff Hill is billed as the first integrated retirement village and golf course in South Australia, and recently opened display units for its 17 new The Range luxury apartments.
