Hitting new heights: New split-level land lease homes at GemLife Gold Coast from $1.2M

1 min read

The $200 million land lease resort under construction in Pimpama, a northern suburb in the City of Gold Coast, has already taken more than $72 million in sales.

Now the Over-50s lifestyle resort developer has launched its most expensive homes: 39 architecturally designed split-level homes, 326sqm to 351sqm of living space with a master suite located on both levels, priced from $1.2 million.

The first of the elevated homes is now open as a display, with construction underway on four more, due for completion in April. The balance of the expansive homes is anticipated to be finished between late 2024 and late 2025. Four designs are available.

“This boutique collection of homes features luxury living in an elevated location at GemLife Gold Coast, which captures expansive outlooks – including to the city’s famed coastline, breezes and natural light, creating a sense of openness, space and privacy,” GemLife Director and Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Puljich, said.

“We’re always looking at new ways to redefine over-50s living for today’s active residents, and to deliver a variety of housing choices to suit different lifestyles, and these homes tick those boxes.

“Each home features outdoor entertainment areas on both the upper and lower level, plus an alfresco kitchen, complemented by a built-in bar area and wine fridge inside, making them ideal for those who love to host family, friends and neighbours,” he said.

GemLife Gold Coast has been in high demand since launching to the market in mid-2022, with nearly all 111 traditional homes in stage one and two  in two years, and a waiting list of buyers anticipating the release of stage three, which will launch later this year.

It will feature 365 homes across 46-hectares in Pimpama, with the site boasting picturesque city skyline and mountain views.
