Serenitas’ Thyme brand celebrates 100th buyer into its Hervey Bay QLD community

Rob Nichols, CEO of Serenitas, helped celebrate with Robyn, the 100^th homeowner at Thyme Lifestyle Resorts Hervey Bay, on Queensland’s Fraser Coast.

“Having Robyn join the community as the owner of our 100th home is an important milestone for the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Hervey Bay, which has been on a significant growth trajectory not just in this area but the entire category,” Rob said.

Robyn decided to move to Hervey Bay from Melbourne after a holiday to Fraser Island where she fell in love with the region.

Thyme has two new land lease communities scheduled to open soon in Canungra, QLD and Forster, NSW, and has more to follow.

Serenitas owns and operates 25 lifestyle communities across Australia including National Lifestyle Villages, The Outlook Lifestyle Resort, The Vantage Lifestyle Resort, Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, The Anchorage Lifestyle Resort, Lucas Lifestyle Estate and RV Homebase Fraser Coast.
