The largest law firm in Australia has promoted James Horwood to Partner in the national Retirement Living team from 1 July 2025 working alongside Partners Robin Lyons and Tammy Berghofer.
James has more than 14 years of experience in the sector and is involved in a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals, advising on structuring and regulatory issues, retirement village unit conveyancing and drafting resident contracts and other operational documents. His work in this space covers both new and existing retirement villages and land lease communities in various jurisdictions around Australia.
