Arcadia Group owner and WA Retirement Living Committee Member, Roger Kwok, is looking to expand via retirement village acquisitions and development in other states. Kwok now have six villages in WA including his recent purchase at Bicton north of Perth. He has secured overseas funding to support his Bendigo and Adelaide Bank facilities to build a pure play retirement village business. Preparing for further acquisitions, he has recently built his executive team, creating 50 years village experience.
