Two aged care centres planned for Maitland

Maitland City Council has given the preliminary go-ahead for two proposed aged care developments, one on the St John’s College site at Morpeth and another at Rutherford. The application was submitted by Morpeth House Pty Ltd but, speaking on behalf of the development was Scott Mackay, representing Lend Lease.
