VIC: Lifestyle Communities acquires site for 20th LLC

The land lease operator has executed a conditional contract of sale for a site in Pakenham, Victoria, 53km southeast of the Melbourne CBD.

The acquisition – which is dependent on Lifestyle Communities getting a planning permit for the site – will allow for the construction of 170 to 190 homes and increase its portfolio to 3,960 homes in planning, development or under management (pictured in their Kaduna Park Community).
