Keylan Consulting, on behalf of retirement village operator Keyton and the University of Wollongong, has lodged a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) seeking changes to the previously approved Concept Development Application for the university’s Health and Wellbeing Precinct.
Fiona Russell, Area Manager NSW, Levande, said the operator has had two villages – Castle Ridge, 34km north-west of Sydney’s CBD, and Lourdes in Killara, 14km north-west – withheld from sale for eight years.
