The 78-house boutique village, which is being built in stages, borders the existing Palm Lake Resort Yamba on the NSW Far North Coast.
It has unveiled Yamba Cove’s first two display homes, twin "Grafton" houses, which have a fresh, modern, coastal edge never seen before across the portfolio.
“At 378sqm, this home is something else,” Palm Lake Resort Yamba Cove’s Senior Sales Executive Sandy Martin said.
“There are inviting living spaces upstairs and downstairs and with three additional alfresco areas – two balconies upstairs and a covered outdoor living space downstairs – there are so many places for our homeowners to relax and entertain.”
Every one of the three bedrooms has an associated bathroom.
Studio Collective Interior Designer Breanna Josey said “Our goal was to create an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication that elevates the coastal living experience to new heights that hasn’t been seen before in a Palm Lake Resort," she said.
There are 30 resorts across its portfolio stretching along the east coast of Australia, with only one other location to attract more than one Palm Lake Resort in the same suburb: Beachmere, on the edge of Brisbane’s Moreton Bay.
