Land lease demand sees GemLife fast-track stage two at Elimbah
“The community feel, location and quality of homes have really struck a chord,” GemLife Elimbah Sales Manager Glenys Lowry said.
A further 20 homes have been released ahead of schedule at the ASX-listed operator’s $428 million lifestyle resort in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region.
Civil contractor Shadforth began the first phase of construction in June at the 26ha site – GemLife’s third land lease community in the region – with 15 homes already sold. Stage One comprised 12 homes.

GemLife Elimbah Sales Manager Glenys Lowry said demand had been stronger than expected.
“The community feel, location and quality of homes have really struck a chord,” Glenys said.
GemLife has also opened its on-site sales centre, where prospective residents can view the masterplan, home designs and facades, and speak with the sales team.

Set across landscaped grounds including eight hectares of retained bushland, the community will combine low-maintenance homes with around $20 million of shared amenities.
Planned facilities include a country club, pool, gym, bar, cinema and bowling green, alongside other recreational and social spaces.
