Zig Inge has submitted its DA for the recently purchased Vaucluse High site in Sydneys prestigious Eastern Suburbs. Asking for permission to build 78 ILUs equates to a land content per unit of $385,000 based on the $30 million purchase price. If they get approval for all 78 they will need to price at $1.2 million+ to cover development costs, communal facilities and possible legal fights with the historically difficult council and neighbours.
